Mais um natal se passou, e como sempre fiquei em casa… não faço o tipo que comemora o dia de natal. Pra mim o natal representa apenas uma data comercial onde temos que comprar presentes e distribuir às pessoas que gostamos… mas enfim.
Minha irmã resolveu ir pra minha casa, ficou com peninha de mim pois ia passar sozinho, então a folgada me pediu pra ir busca-la. E o troxão aqui foi! 
Pois bem, isto mais ou menos por volta das 20:00 hs de 24/12, então me lembrei que em casa não tinha nada para comer, tinha uma lasanha pré-pronta que eu ia comer, pois não estava esperando ninguém… daí fui em 2 supermercados e todos fechadas. Que droga!
Bom, jantamos uma gororoba que ela fez com pão-de-forma, queijo branco, tomate e não sei mais o quê. Ficou horrível, comi um pedacinho. Fomos até a portaria do condomínio pra comprar pelo menos uma coca-cola, mas a puta daquela máquina engoliu um real e travou! @#$#$!@#$@#$. Então minha janta foi uma saladinha de alface e uma métade de uma lasanha pré-pronta e um suquinho de caju… e fiquei bem satisfeito, diga-se de passagem! 
Pois bem, domingo, 25/12. E agora ? Será que vai ter algum lugar aberto ? Claro que não. E o almoço o que vai ser? Bom, fomos em busca da comida perdida. O que tinhamos para almoçar era um bife e macarrão… então minha irmã picou o bife, fez um molho com um resto de extrato de tomate que tinha e misturamos com o macarrão… bahhh… ficou MUUUIIIITTOOO BOM!
Durante o almoço assistimos ao grande show do Pearl Jam que foi televisionado pela Bandeirantes, muito bom aquele show… esta é sem dúvida uma das maiores bandas de rock do planeta!
Bom, início de noite, e eu preocupado com a janta, mas ainda bem que minhã irmã disse que ia ter que ir à casa de alguns amigos, pois tinha combinado. E nem precisa dizer que a folgada me pediu para leva-la. O trouxa levou! Mas é pq estava frio à noite e ela não tinha blusa, então fiquei com remosso de deixa-la no ponto de ônibus. Como só tinha eu, comi um pão-de-queijo e o resto da macarronada. Fui pro computer e fiquei lá por várias horas, até que depois fiquei intercalando entre assistindo um filme e programando no pc.
Lá pelas 3 da madruga fui durmir, não aguentei mais.

Amigos,
recebi hoje uma mensagem de uma pessoa me questionando a respeito da licensa do MDO, pois havia lido no newsgroup da borland que o MDO viola direitos autorais, e também rouba códigos do mantenedor do IBX.
Quero dizer-lhes que nunca houve intenção alguma de violação de direitos autorais (se é que houve) e que nunca fui comunicado de tal ação.
Estou entrando em contato com Jeff Overcash, criador do IBX, para tentar esclarecer os pontos.

you say that we use scripting component that is not IPL license, but MDO is an open source project and TMDOScript component I received from a contributor.
Well, when I start with MDO I never had any intention of violation, so, I have a question: Why don’t you (or anybody else) contacted me ? And what can I do to solve any copyright violations left on MDO?
I am a Open Source enthusiast, I don’t even use Delphi anymore in my job, the MDO project is a hobby, that I do with care and passion, I don’t look for money, or anything that leads a person to violate copyright rights, If there is any violation is just without intention, and I will do what is needed to solve any issues.
Do you like to help me solve those issues ?

This component set violates copyright laws. They have violated the IPL. They
have also stolen code from me. It is against the rules of use for these
newsgroups to promote illegal activities.
This is not something that will be debated. Posts promoting this set of tools
as long as they remain in violation of the IPL and contain my code without my
approval will be canceled.

It is not built upon FreeIB, it is built upon the IPL’d version of IBX (their
headers even acknowledge that it is based on IBX as Borland has no copyrights on
the FreeIB code, only on their code after they developed IBX). I ought to know,
my code is all through that code (the IPL’d IBX). They have absolutely no
redistribution rights on Borland copyrighted code. They only have
redistribution rights to the IPL’d code as long as they stay within the
restrictions of the IPL itself which they clearly have not.

The IPL license was removed. They have absolutely no right to do this. They
can not relicense this code. This was not code released free to the public. It
was licensed for free use as long as you followed the IPL license requirements.
There is a difference. By illegally relicensing the components they have
violated the IPL. Some of this code was NEVER released under the IPL so was not
free to redistribute. This is my code and they illegally have not only
published it as if they are the copyright holder, but they have removed all
accreditation of who actually wrote it. At no time have I granted them
redistribution rights. They have, quite frankly, stolen from me.
Please read the IPL
(http://info.borland.com/devsupport/interbase/opensource/IPL.html), which these
authors have violated. They have violated section 3.1, 3.4c, 3.5. Under 8.1,
now that you are aware of the breach of the license you have 30 days to either
correct the breach or stop using the code. You must stop immediately using my
code that was never released under the IPL (things like the scripting
component).
